Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TopofferIt network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Membership & Registration

To become an affiliate, you must submit a complete and accurate registration form. TopofferIt reserves the right to reject any application for any reason. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. Prohibited Traffic (Anti-Fraud Policy)

TopofferIt has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. The following methods are strictly prohibited:

• Generating fake clicks, leads, or sales via bots, scripts, or manual labor.
• Using proxies, VPNs, or cloaking software to mask traffic origin.
• Incentivized traffic (unless the offer specifically allows it).
• Spamming via email, SMS, or social media.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

3. Payments

Commissions are paid according to the schedule specified in your dashboard (e.g., Net-30, Net-15). Payments are made only when your balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Intellectual Property

All creatives, banners, and landing pages provided by TopofferIt remain the property of their respective advertisers. You may not modify creatives without prior approval.

5. Termination

TopofferIt or the affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all TopofferIt tracking links and creatives from your traffic sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

TopofferIt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the network. We make no guarantee regarding the potential income you may earn.
